Here's a series I've been enjoying as of late.

Title: 藤村くんメイツ, Fujimura-kun Meitsu, Fujiwara-kun Mates
Author: Shiki Seiichi
Genre: Shounen, Comedy, Romance
Serialized in: Square Enix GanGan Online
Total Volume Count: 3 (ongoing)

Series Summary from MangaUpdates:
Fujimura is a loner delinquent at his school. Feared by his classmates since the first day of high school, he's had no friends and usually ditches class. But even his standoffish nature can't hold up when a class representative with a few screws loose comes after him! And two more class representatives. They're a few cards short of a full deck too. (Actually, he's more like the tsukkomi in a world of boke.)
Kenn's Comment: This series won't sit so well with some readers. Like in the summary, a lot of the comedy is similar to manzai, Fujimura being the tsukkomi, and everyone else being the boke.

With that aside, all the characters are quite likeable, once you get past the fact that they're all slightly insane (much less so than Arakawa Under the Bridge, of course). The title comes from the story, where the girls are trying to win the heart of the unwilling Fujimura. A lot of the (hilarious) situations he gets himself into are things he gets himself into, often realizing this once he's waist deep in it. All in all, I think it's a good read for the comedy. Romance takes the back seat most of the time, and when it does come to the forefront, it's saturated with comedy. S'why I underlined and bolded the Comedy in the genre section.

For those of you who read D-Frag, these two series are very, very similar.
