Mystia Lorelei: She's a night sparrow demon (youkai) that runs a grilled lamprey eel stand. She hates yakitori (grilled chicken). Her songs can inflict confusion and blindness, however it seems that she's also a good singer.

Fujiwara no Mokou: An immortal human who is capable of controlling fire. She claims to run a yakitori stand, which would put her against Mystia. In the web comic, Mokou is a coal supplier. Her friend, Kamishirasawa Keine makes an appearance in the webcomic.
