Kenn's Comment: I actually didn't know who Tokiko was prior to this. Thought she was a fan made-if-they-mated-character. Looked it up and found that she was a character in Curiosities of Lotus Asia. Anywho, you can read about here at the Touhou Wiki. She doesn't actually have an official name, but Tokiko is a popular fan name because she looks like a Crested Ibis. Anywho, I described it as short, and it's probably shorter than most of the webcomics / doujinishi I've put up.
