First one of many summer series previews to come. Prepare for a very image heavy post.
Three episodes are out so far to my knowledge, which is generally what many people use as their measuring stick for series. Anywho, Asobi ni Ikuyo is a fun, summer series which feels just as much as summery as the beach and Okinawa.
Can you guess what's happening there? You'll find out later in the post.
Anywho, Asobi ni Iku yo! is packed with ecchi-goodness. We'll have to wait until the DVD's come out for it to be uncensored, and that's not for a bit.
The story thus far is that Catians (feline-humanoid hybrid aliens) from the planet Catia have landed on Earth seeking formal diplomatic relations in order to establish a relationship between the two planets on a 'friends' basis. In other words, they've come to play (hence the title).
The Catians that have descended on to Earth. As you can see, they range from awoooga to DFC. It should be noted that their hair colour is the same colour as the fur on both their ears and tails. If a cat-eared and tailed person shows up and their hair colour differs from their ears and tails, they're probably not Catians. It should also be noted that they have 2 sets of ears. One pair of human ears, and one set of cat ears. Eris is the main Catian. She has the orange hair.
These little guys are Assissdroids. Forgive my spelling; not sure whether I spelt that right or not. Anyways, these little guys help Eris gather knowledge about Earth, as well as help with everyday chores, like flying helicopters, and fighting alongside their master. Not really sure how many there are, but there are at least 18 (there are two 17's).
Characters
Futaba Aoi. DFC. Special agent. Absolutely adorable.
Kinjyou Manami. Big boobs. CIA agent. Tsundere.
Kakazu Kio. Main character. Level headed, but dense.
Kio's Uncle. Needs to show up more. So very awesome. Occupation unknown.
And the rest will just be random stuff. :'D A picture is worth a 1000 words, so consider this one of the longest posts I've ever done.
