Kenn's Comment: A wild child appears! Can't say too much as it's too short and any details would spoil the events and happenings, but let's just say that when you've more or less a god, science and logic no longer applies to you. 

Also, there's two panels with Kyouko and Sayaka which are hilarious. 

Also, the first page of the manga seems to have a different title than the one given...and Homura's head also blocks out the last character, so I can't really see what it is.
